These are hour long safe spaces for you to discuss in detail, specific goals, mental health issues, distractions, and any number of frustrations preventing the better, healthier you to emerge. You can choose from phone calls, messaging, video calls or in-person meetings. All discussions are confidential* in a non-judgemental zone
PODCAST MEMBERSHIP
Join the podcast group, whereby I deliver a monthly podcast looking at all things to enhance relaxation, prevent anxiety, increase harmony and promote happy living. Podcasts may be collaborative, informational or interview style.
MONTHLY MENTORSHIP
This programme allows membership to the monthly podcasts but also for an ongoing support network, either to focus on a particular goal or increase confidence and mental wellbeing. Using a variety of skills including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we will concentrate on what you need to live your fullest life. Appointments can be made randomly to suit your lifestyle or assist with ongoing / new projects and topics
*Confidential unless matters of life endangerment or criminal activity are discussed and then additional services may be required
